Prior to joining BRBD, Vaibhav built his career in finance and investing. He started his career in investment banking with Deloitte Corporate Finance in Chicago and Avendus Capital in Mumbai, advising companies on corporate finance and strategic transactions. He later spent over six years at ChrysCapital, one of India's leading private equity firms with over $10 billion in assets under management, where he worked on investments, exits, and portfolio management across multiple sectors.

Vaibhav graduated Magna Cum Laude (High Honors) with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. He also holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School, further strengthening his global perspective on finance, strategy, and business leadership.

Ashray graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University with a dual degree in Hospitality Administration and Economics. He was also recognised by his peers as Class Speaker at the School of Hospitality Administration's 2020 Graduation Ceremony.

Before joining BRBD, Ashray co-founded SnacQ, turning a passion for food into a business and developing the commercial instincts and creative thinking he brings to his role today.
